What you can expect once access is enabled?
1) Very similar user experience dispatching via Atrium and of course lightning fast response
2) Service providers in the US will provide:
a) ETA if they can do the work
b) Estimate when the tech is on site if there is additional work from the original request. Fleets will have 30 minutes to approve before the tech leaves.
c) Post service report
d) Invoice & payment
